Cleaning services listed in the Yellow Pages as "House Cleaning" use power washers to clean siding as well as decks, fences and other exterior surfaces. You'll also find service companies who wash siding listed as "Deck Cleaning" and "Fire and Water Damage Restoration." Find them online by using a search engine like Google, Bing or Yahoo.
When discussing the job with a cleaning professional make sure the pressure applied to siding is not too strong. A powerful blast of water can damage old wood siding or loosen the fasteners holding aluminum or vinyl siding in place. Discuss this concern with the contractor and be assured they carry insurance that covers any damage incurred during the washing.
